Technical Issues: Refunds will be considered if users encounter technical issues preventing them from accessing course materials, and our technical support team is unable to resolve the problem within a reasonable timeframe.
Course Content Dissatisfaction: If a user is dissatisfied with the content of a course, they may request a refund within a specified period, provided they have not completed more than 10% of the course.
Duplicate Purchases: In case of accidental duplicate purchases, FinQuo Versity will refund the duplicate transaction after verification.
To initiate a refund, users must:
Submit a refund request via the FinQuo Versity support portal within 30 days of purchase.
Clearly state the reason for the refund request, providing relevant details such as transaction ID, course name, and a detailed explanation of the issue.
Upon receiving a refund request, FinQuo Versity will:
Review the request and the provided information.
Verify eligibility based on the criteria outlined in Section 2.
If eligible, process the refund within 14 business days using the original payment method.
Certain items are non-refundable, including:
Courses completed more than 10%.
Courses purchased during a promotional period where it is explicitly mentioned that no refunds will be provided.
Any other items specified as non-refundable at the time of purchase.
